Mr. Daniel Regini

Hello to all parents and students! I joined the amazing family here at JFK in September of 2011, after having taught for five years within other school districts on Long Island. I attended and played college baseball in Virginia at James Madison University and finished my college career here on Long Island at St. Joseph’s College, graduating in May of 2006 with a degree in regular and special education for all grades K-6.

I have two daughters named Taylor and Bailey. My wife Jeanine and I also have two dogs. One is a Boston Terrier named Sox, named after my favorite baseball team, the Boston Red Sox. The other dog’s name is Bella, named by my daughter because she was such a cute puppy.

I enjoy traveling during the time off from school, whether it is to Boston to catch a Red Sox game, or heading down to Florida to play some golf at my condo in Naples. I enjoy going to the gym and staying in shape as I still play baseball during the spring and summer seasons. I love everything about sports and also just as big of a New York Rangers fan as I am a Boston Red Sox fan…I know, confusing right?. All in all, I love sports and have coached many youth baseball teams throughout my years of teaching after college. My true love is teaching and working with children. That is what makes walking in the doors of JFK each and every day truly a wonderful experience.
