Mrs. Jessica Citrin

I grew up in Great Neck and attended J.F.K. as a child, before moving on to Great Neck North Middle School and Great Neck North High School. I feel so lucky to be back in my own elementary school as a teacher. I received my Masters degree in Childhood Education from New York University. Prior to teaching in Great Neck, I taught at P.S. 41 in Manhattan. I have been teaching since 2005.
My husband and I have two children, Samantha and Jordan. As a family, we love spending time outdoors and we enjoy taking long walks with our dog, Wally. My parents still live in Great Neck so I feel fortunate that we get to spend time with them often.

I love to travel to both warm and cold destinations. In the winter months, there’s no where I’d rather be than on the slopes out in Colorado! I have been skiing since I was four years old. Hiking with Wally is a fun summer activity that I enjoy with my family. I also love photography and making scrapbooks with all of my pictures!
