The Midnight Run

Description:

The Midnight Run raises money through bake sales, and pizza sales in order to buy the food that volunteers distribute. Clothes blankets and toiletries are donated and distributed to the homeless as well. Together the volunteers pack the food and clothes and stop at designated locations in the city to distribute the supplies to homeless congregated there.

 Mission Statement:

The Midnight Run is a volunteer organization that aids the homeless. Schools and other groups distribute clothes, blankets and food to the homeless people on the streets of NYC.

Major Events:

We will have made 5 runs into the city by the end of the year (four on saturday evening and one on Sunday morning.)
