National Public Radio College Admission Discussion
Welcome to your senior year! The next few months are challenging as you embark on your journey towards college. It is imperative that you meet with your counselor to discuss the college application process. Keep in mind, there are three forms you must give to your counselor: the secondary school report, midyear report, and final transcript. Please fill these forms out as much as possible before handing them to your guidance counselor. The following link includes important information needed to fill out these forms: Forms
Colleges may require seeing your third and fourth quarter grades. Remember that you want to continue to put forth your best academic efforts. The following form (mid year form) can be used to request mid-year grades be sent from guidance to your colleges, fill the form out and bring to the office.
