(please click on the link above) United Parent Teacher Council (UPTC) The UPTC offers a unique opportunity for parents to work with teachers and administrators to address issues that bear on the education of our students. UPTC is comprised of district-wide committees, a standing committee, and President's Council.  Volunteer for one of our district wide committees.
