Programs may be viewed within the incorporated villages of Great Neck on Optimum Channel 75 and on Verizon Fios Channel 32. Programs are also available on-demand, 24/7, on the GNPS/TV web page.

    Community Ed Fall/Winter 2019-2020 

    The Great Neck Public Schools Community Ed Fall/Winter 2019-2020 catalog is now available. The catalog has been mailed to residents, and it is also available to view on our website.

    Registration and Information - Community Ed classes meet at the Cumberland Adult Center, 30 Cumberland Ave., Great Neck (one block south of Northern Blvd., off Lakeville Rd.).     The GNPS Registration Office is now accepting online registration applications

     

    Nonresidency

    The District works diligently to ensure that only students who reside within our community attend our schools. To report a suspected case of nonresidency, please contact the Registration Office by phone (441-4080), email, or via a new online nonresidency form. All communications will be held in strict confidence.

Looking Ahead

  • GNPS to Host FTC Regional Robotics Tournament

    Join in the fun as 25+ robotics teams -- including our very own North High "Goatbusters" Tech Challenge Team #13375 -- compete at the regional FIRST Tech Challenge at North Middle School on Sat., Jan. 18, and Sun., Jan. 19 from 10:30 a.m. - 6 p.m. This free event includes robotics demonstrations and safety education activities, plus raffles and food for purchase.

  • North High Presents "Rumors"

    North High School will present Rumors on Wednesday, Feb. 5, Thursday, Feb. 6, and Friday, Feb. 7 at 7:30 p.m., and on Saturday, Feb. 8 at 8:00 p.m. All performances will take place in the North High auditorium, 35 Polo Rd.

    Theatre South will present Clue: On Stage on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, Feb. 5, 6, 7, and 8, each evening at 7:30 p.m. All performances will take place in the South High School auditorium, 341 Lakeville Rd.
