The Parkville Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) is a non-profit organization composed of parents and staff members who strive together to create an optimum learning environment.
Our mission is to work with Parkville's faculty and staff to support educational opportunities, to enhance the lives of our students and to encourage parental involvement in our child's school life.
Parent volunteers organize and assist at fund-raising events such as Book Fair, Photo Day, Pumpkin Patch, as well as special events throughout the year. PTO funds have provided important cultural and safety programs, educational materials and recreational equipment for the enjoyment of all our students.
Through PTO meetings, we keep the Parkville community informed of school happenings and developments and offer presentations on timely topics. See dates on the Calendar above. The PTO is part of the United Parent Teacher Council (UPTC) and Parkville's parent representatives attend district-wide meetings.
