I am so thrilled to be the vocal music teacher for grades Kindergarten, 2, 3, 4 and 5 at E. M. Baker School! I have been teaching elementary vocal music since 2007 and absolutely love it! I received my Bachelors Degree in Music Education from Bucknell University and my Masters Degree in Music Education from Queens College. I completed the New York University Kodály Certification Program in 2010 and am an active professional member of the Organization of American Kodály Educators (OAKE), having served as the Eastern Division President from 2014-2016. I was also a co-chair for the 2019 OAKE Eastern Division Conference. Currently, I am helping to start a Kodály chapter in Westchester County.

Other than singing and making music with my students, I love to spend time with my family, read and exercise.
