Non-Fiction

In this course, students are introduced to a variety of literature within the genre.  The prose ranges from memoir to news articles to podcasts and documentaries.  Each term the theme varies and is derived from current events.  In the past we have worked with themes such as terrorism, immigration, social media etc.  Students are expected to be vocal and offer their perspective on content as well as ideas presented within this course.  They are also expected to complete projects based on what we have read at the end of each module.
