Baker School and South High SchoolRevised 2017 Bond Referendum Information: On Tuesday, May 16, 2017, qualified voters in the Great Neck Public School District will be asked to authorize a Revised 2017 Bond Referendum which will facilitate renovations, repairs, and improvements to the district's aging buildings and grounds. Several projects from the original Bond Issue have been removed or reduced in the new Referendum to lower the overall cost to the community. This Revised 2017 Bond Referendum Page has been created to summarize the highlights and revisions made to the original Bond Issue Proposal. It aggregates information, timelines, presentations, and handouts to help inform the community about these projects.

- Voting on 2017 Bond Referendum:
- Voting on the Revised 2017 Bond Referendum is scheduled to take place on Tuesday, May 16, 2017, from 7 a.m.-10 p.m. There are two voting locations: E.M. Baker School (69 Baker Hill Rd.) for residents living north of the LIRR, and South High School (341 Lakeville Rd.), for residents living south of the LIRR.

- Qualified registered voters can obtain Applications for Absentee Ballots online or from the District Clerk, Phipps Admin. Bldg., 345 Lakeville Rd., school days, 9 a.m.-4 p.m. (516-441-4020). Residents whose registration records are marked "permanently disabled" automatically receive absentee ballots. Completed absentee ballots must be received by the District Clerk no later than 5 p.m., Tuesday, May 16.
