    The Health Office is a place where children, parents, faculty, administrators and staff may come to 
    discuss health concerns in an atmosphere of friendliness, confidentiality, and warmth. 

     

    The school nurse's job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

    *Providing care for student and staff illness and accidents
    *Conducting vision, hearing, and scoliosis screenings of students and communicating results to parents 
    *Administering medications and treatments as ordered 
    *Serving as a liaison between students, parents, and faculty members, regarding health related matters
