Accessing your Parent Portal Account

Each parent/guardian has their own parent portal account.  This account can be used to access the Campus Parent Portal using a web browser or with the Campus Parent app available for free in the Apple and Android app stores.

If you created a portal account prior to the 2022-2023 school year using an activation code, the username is the one you chose during that process and might not be your email address.  If you don't know your username, click the "Forgot Username?" link on the parent portal logon page to send the username to the email address on file.

Beginning in the 2022-2023 school year, accounts are automatically generated for parents and the username is set to the primary email address provided during student registration.  To establish a password for your account, simply click the "Forgot Password" link and follow the instructions.  Enter your email address when asked for the username.

If you forgot your password, click the "Forgot Password" link and follow the instructions.

If you have any trouble accessing your parent portal account, please email our help desk at parentsupport@greatneck.k12.ny.us.

If you did not provide an email address during student registration or would like to provide a different one, please contact the Office of Registration and Attendance to verify and update your personal contact information.

 


 

To log in, use the "Parents" menu on the GNPS website and select the "Campus Parent Portal" link:

 

 


Enter your username and password click the "Log In" button.

You should now be signed into your Infinite Campus Parent Portal account. The Message Center page will show you any announcements posted by the district or schools.

Use the menu on the left to navigate to other sections of the portal. If you do not see the menu, you can expand it by clicking the symbol with three lines (≡) in the upper left corner the screen.

If you have more than one child enrolled in the district, you can select them from the menu located on the right side of certain pages
