    The nurse’s office is open from 8:00 AM until 3:00 PM every day. Students feeling ill during the school day must report to the nurse who will do an evaluation of their condition. All medication taken by a student during the school day must be processed through the nurse’s office and dispensed by the school nurse. Excusals from physical education classes because of a physical condition, as well as special medical transportation arrangements are also processed through the nurse’s office.

  • Summer Hours

    The Nurses Office will be open several days in August for Summer Hours.  These hours are available for parents to drop off medication, forms, and to discuss any health issues concerning your child.

    NYS Requirements

    7th Grade

    Students who will be entering 7th grade are required by NYS to have a Physical Exam and the Meningitis Vaccine within the first 30 days of the start of school.  Some students may have already received this vaccine.  Please check with your Health Care Provider.  Click on the 7th grade tab for more information and forms.  

     

    6th Grade

    Students entering 6th grade AND who are 11 years of age (or older) are required to receive the Tdap Vaccine (Tetanus Toxoids, Diphtheria, and Acellular Pertussis).  Some students have already received this vaccine.   Please check with your Health Care Provider.  Click on the 6th grade tab for more information and forms.  

     

    Athletics

    An annual physical exam is required for participating athletes in 7th and 8th grade.  Students who wish to participate may register with FamilyID.  FamilyID is a secure registration platform that provides you with an easy, user-friendly way to register for our programs, and helps us to be more administratively efficient and environmentally responsible. When you register through FamilyID, the system keeps track of your information in your FamilyID profile. You enter your information only once for each family member for multiple uses and multiple programs.
