
South High students Talia Patrick and Sophia Ko are recipients of the Students Building Bridges Award, presented by the Jewish Community Relations Council of Long Island. This honor recognizes true role models whose efforts exemplify leadership and a commitment to strengthening community connections. Award winners were honored at the Nassau County Holocaust Remembrance Day Commemoration at Adelphi University on April 13, where they were praised by JCRC-LI representatives and elected officials for their work in fostering understanding across communities.
