As your Director, I am delighted to welcome you to the Great Neck Adult Learning Center. For more than 45 years, we continue to provide adult students from all over the world with opportunities to earn a New York State High School Equivalency Diploma or improve their English proficiency skills. Great Neck Public Schools is nationally recognized for its rigorous and innovative educational programs and its extremely dedicated faculty.

The Adult Learning Center is committed to providing an education that meets each student’s needs, interest, abilities and promotes an appreciation for diversity in our international school community. We challenge students to be intellectually curious and ready to engage deeply in their own learning. We pride ourselves on graduating students who are well prepared for college and career advancements as well as informed, independent thinkers, and responsible global citizens.
