Wellness
Our weekly Wellness meetings at SEAL combine various topics including volunteerism, mindfulness, self-reflection, making healthy choices, gratitude, happiness and healthy relationships. On Wellness Wednesdays, faculty and teachers meet to reflect and discuss these topics. The Wellness program also includes various hands-on activities and fieldtrips!
