As your principal, it is with great excitement that I welcome you to the Parkville Family! I am deeply honored to work within the Great Neck School District with its long history and sustained culture of academic excellence. I am committed to working in a partnership with Parkville School’s families, faculty, and staff to nurture the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of each of our students.

At Parkville School, we work collaboratively to provide a safe, caring environment that fosters a sense of security and love of learning. As you walk through the halls, and visit classrooms, it becomes evident that the faculty and staff are the backbone of the Parkville School. Parkville families are lucky to have such a talented, dedicated, kind, passionate, and caring group of professionals devoted to your children. I thank them for their tireless efforts for a wonderful school year!

Our goal, Parkville School’s mission, is to help our students become independent, confident, lifelong learners as well as socially responsible and productive citizens. Preschool and kindergarten are the foundation, and just the beginning of an exciting educational journey where, at Parkville School, students will develop self-confidence, take risks, engage in exploration and discovery, and experience a balance of academic rigor and play. 

Parkville School is fortunate to have a dynamic and involved Parent Teacher Organization. I am looking forward to membership continuing to grow as the Parkville PTO is a non-profit organization composed of parents and staff members who strive together to create an optimum learning environment.

On a personal note, my husband and I are the proud parents of Julie, who is seven and will be starting second grade in September, Charlotte, who is six and starting first grade, and Connor, who is 3 years old and keeps us on our toes! They are our pride and joy and make me smile every single day. Rest assured your children are in good hands as I will always keep their best interests in mind – just as I would for my own three children.

I truly love what I do and look forward to coming to Parkville School each and every day! I am devoted to your children and will continue to advocate for, nurture, and wholeheartedly champion each one of them! 

As I continue to encourage families to be partners in the educational process, my door will always be open. Developing trusting relationships, and working as a team, is key in fostering student success.
