On October 21, Parkville celebrated National Unity Day. We wore orange, had great discussions about being kind and caring to all, and watched many staff members read the book Peace by Todd Parr. The children drew pictures, on hand cutouts, of what makes them unique and how they demonstrate kindness. Members of our Shared Decision Making Team added these to a beautiful bulletin board they created. Please take a peek at our new bulletin board. You can see how we work together to create a peaceful school.
