Rebel Robotics Team Wins Awards

The Rebel Robotics Team returned home from the Finger Lakes FIRST Regional Competition with two prestigious awards and a spot at the FIRST World Championship in Detroit! The team's robot advanced to the playoff round at last week's competition in Rochester, and Rebel Robotics received both the regional Chairman’s Award and the Safety Award.

The Chairman’s Award is the most prestigious award in all of FIRST. This award “honors the team that best represents a model for other teams to emulate and best embodies the mission of FIRST.” Way to go, Rebel Robotics!
