Adult Learning Center Graduates

Eighteen graduates from the Adult Learning Center are photographed with Board members and administrators

The Great Neck Public Schools Adult Learning Center held its 48th annual Graduation and Awards Ceremony on June 9 to recognize program participants who earned New York State High School Equivalency Diplomas. Present at the ceremony were Board of Education members (Alternate Vice President Rebecca Sassouni and Trustee Donna Peirez), program and district administrators, and faculty.

The Great Neck Public Schools Adult Learning Center (ALC) provides a variety of educational opportunities for adults to improve basic skills, earn a high school equivalency diploma, prepare for college, or learn English as a Second Language. Classes are offered during daytime and evening hours to meet the needs of adult learners. The program administrator is Dr. Errin Hatwood.
