Building Conversations Workshop at JFK

School psychologists at the John F. Kennedy School collaborated with building administrators to plan and facilitate a five-part social-emotional webinar series for parents all about Building Conversations.

This five-part series focuses on the importance of having conversations with children about re-connecting, hope, self-efficacy, calmness, and a sense of safety.

As a follow-up to these webinar opportunities, special area teachers have prepared a variety of Home-School Connection Activities, sent to families after each session, directly related to the topic discussed.
